We source only the finest ingredientsExecutive Head Chef Kevin Levett joined Novotel London West in October 2007 and is proud to have overseen the development and opening of Artisan Grill.

Levett, who previously worked as a Premier Sous Chef at Claridge's in Mayfair and Executive Sous Chef at the InterContinental London Park Lane, as well as holding a number of Executive Chef positions at high profile hotels in his native Australia, has gone to great lengths to source the finest ingredients for the Grill.

"The concept behind Artisan Grill is very simple," explains Levett. "We take a top-quality but diverse range of ingredients and cook them very simply.

"This allows the finished dish to reflect its source and provenance directly. It gives each dish a beautiful, unique and very natural flavour, and also provides Artisan Grill with its true personality."
