
Executive Head Chef: Roy Thompson
Executive Head Chef Roy Thompson joined Novotel London West in November 2010 having held previous Head Chef positions at a number of prestigious London properties including most recently at Hilton’s Waldorf Hotel.
Thompson served his apprenticeship at the Dorchester Hotel before moving to France to further his culinary development and in 1997 was appointed President des Fetes of the Association Cullinaire Francaise.
